Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Greatindiamart?

Yes, it's necessary to log into your Greatindiamart account to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security.

 

What does 'Out of Stock' mean?

An item is marked as 'Out of stock' when it is not available. You won't be able to buy it now.

 

How are items packaged?

Products sold by us are shipped in packages with waterproof plastic wrap. Fragile items like electronics are safely secured with bubble wrap. 

 

I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?

The courier service delivering your order usually tries to deliver on the next business day in case you miss a delivery.

You can check your SMS for more details on when the courier service will try to deliver again.

 

Why is my order still “Processing”?

We confirm your order and send the details to our dispatch team , then they pack the order and hand it over to the courier person. This process take 24-48 hours, till then the status of the order remains “processing.

 

How to track my shipment?

To track your order, go to My Orders, select the order number and click on "Track". 

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Our Process is a little different from how most online stores work.we confirm your order and send the details to our dispatch team,where they items and handover the packages to our courier partners to ship it to your locations. The shipping time depends on what items you order and to which city you are getting them ship .Once your order is shipped we will SMS / Email you tracking details and you can always check your order status under My orders.

Which courier company will deliver my order?

You can click on TRACK button against each product  in your order to get the courier partner details.

 

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

An e-mail & SMS will be sent once you've successfully placed your order. We'll also let you know as soon as the  tracking number for your shipment

 

My order status shows 'Out for Delivery', but I haven't got it yet. When will I get it?

The courier service will contact you for delivery of your order. Please check your SMS for more details.

 

How can I place an order?

To place an order, please follow these steps:

1. Select the product you'd like to buy and 'Check Availability at' your preferred pincode
2. Add products to your cart or just hit 'Buy Now' 
3. Choose or 'Add delivery address'. Use a preferred payment mode and confirm the order

 

How is a 'business day' different from a regular day?

Business days are otherwise known as working days of the week. The expected date of delivery is calculated based on business days. Typically, these include Monday through Saturday. Public holidays and Sundays are usually not considered.

 

What is the estimated delivery time?

We are  generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
-Product's availability with the seller

- The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the seller

You can check the expected delivery date of your order(s) on the 'My Orders' section of your Greatindiamart account on our website, app, or mobile site.

 

I placed an order. Can I change the shipping address?

Yes! If your order has not yet processed, you can change the shipping address. You can contact our customer support on 8112266136 or write to us at support@greatindiamart.in and they will help you to change the shipping address.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Net-Banking
  • Cash on Delivery

I placed an order. Can I change the payment method?

Sorry, once you place the order we can not change the payment method. In such case you have to place a new order with another payment method.

 

Can I search for the item I want?

Yes! We have a search box on our site/App. Search terms like "pink tee" or "red kurta" and we will show you all those items currently available on the site. You can also search for brand names.

 

Why is the 'Cash on Delivery' payment mode not available at my location?

Availability of the 'Cash on Delivery' payment mode depends on the courier services delivering to your location. Please enter your pincode on the product page to check if this payment mode is available at your location. Courier service providers also have limits on the amount you can pay through cash on delivery based on the destination and your order could have exceeded this limit.

Can I pay with any Credit card?

You can choose to pay on greatindiamart with any Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card issued in India.

 

Can I use any Debit Card to pay for my order?

You can choose to pay for your order on Greatindiamart  with any Visa, MasterCard or Maestro Debit Card.

 

What is Cash on Delivery?

Cash on Delivery is a mode of payment in which you can pay cash at the time of delivery of your order. You can also pay using a credit card/ debit card if the Courier Executive carries a swiping machine.

EXCHANGE:

Can I exchange with a different product?

Sorry, we do not Exchange with a different product. The exchange is applicable only for different size. It is not applicable for exchanging with a new product.

 

Which items can I exchange?

Our exchange policy does not apply to innerwear, perfumes, cosmetics, swimsuits, deodorants,   jewellery and free items. Everything else is covered under the exchange policy.
